| Garden Town (3 sub-boards)
A small, peaceful town where the aroma of flowers wafts through the air year-round. The Pokemon Lab is what attracts most trainers to this town. The three Professors, all siblings, hand out starters to beginning trainers. Professor Daisy supplies them with the playful, Stone with the strong, and Violet with the sweet.

| Route 01 (3 sub-boards)
A simple rolling pasture where mainly Normal and the occasional Flying or Dark-type Pokemon are found. Many large rocks dot the landscape in place of trees. Make sure to watch out for caves in the hillside.

Just off the Stone Path sits a Pokemon Center, a Mart, and a fountain with benches around it for weary travelers to rest.

| Dense Forest (3 sub-boards)
After crossing the plain, the wide expanse of trees seems a welcome sight. Beware, for the forest is extremely thick and dark. Bug, Flying, Dark, and Grass-types run rampant through the shadows. Most are aggressive towards newcomers so any caught will have to be carefully socialized. If you can manage to get through, you'll be right outside the first city!

| Chenoa City (6 sub-boards)
Congrats, your first city! Chenoa means 'dove' and this town is a symbol of peace and tranquility in itself. A small creek runs through the center of the town and even through the Pokemon Gym. The trainers (yes, trainers) use Water-types in perfect harmony in a double-battle.

| Riverside Walk
Leading away from Chenoa City is a small dirt path that follows the river's twists and turns. Growing on the other side of the path is a row of trees, planted to give shade. Low-level water Pokemon might be resting on the banks.

| Route 03 (1 sub-board)
The riverside walk leads into another forest, but one that is far more open than the Dense Forest. It has no trail going through it so you have the choice to either follow the creek or find your own way. Normal-type Pokemon are usually seen prowling around.

| Checkpoint 02 (2 sub-boards)
Upon exiting the forest, you find yourself at another small checkpoint. A Pokemon Center and a small Mart are the only buildings. The creek continues through this area. Nearby, you can see that the creek pours into a large lake.

| Jaci Lake "South Half" (2 sub-boards)
This is a huge lake, strong Water Pokemon can be found in it. The water is very cold, but when you need a drink it is soothing. Some say that this is the 'better half' of the lake. Jaci Lake got it's name from a hiker that discovered that on the full moon it glows brightly like the moon itself. Jaci means 'moon'.

| Jaci Lake "North Half"
Here, the lake isn't nearly as beautiful. It has been overrun by reeds, turning the area into a soggy marsh. At night, you might find the rare Ghost or Dark-type Pokemon.

| Route 04
It's a long walk to the next city, and a tedious one at that. Thankfully, the Pokemon aren't very strong and you did stock up on items, right? Leading down a rocky, craggy slope, Route 04 leads right into a crater.

| Aduraburgh (6 sub-boards)
Hundreds of thousands of years ago, a meteorite crashed into the ground, leaving a huge crater. The meteorite left minerals in the rocks and caused the natural hot water beneath the area to rise and give off steam. Blacksmiths founded the town where the Fire Gym Leader is.

| The Emerald Coast
A beach stretching for miles. Pure white sand feels smooth on bare feet and cool blue-green water greets swimmers. During the summer, bright umbrellas dot the shore and the sun shines brightly on sunbathers. Beach houses are available for those who can afford it.

| Illusion Town (2 sub-boards)
A theme park of sorts, this area is free to the public. Inside are attractions focused on fooling the senses. Captured Pokemon are allowed to walk around as well, as long as they are well-behaved.

| Pokemon Preserve (3 sub-boards)
A large area spreading for miles upon miles. Here, the Pokemon are able to live and prosper in a wild environment, without the threat of human capture. Pokemon of all types tend to flock here, due to a variety of man-made habitats.
